We recommend encoding out (FLASH) flv clips with a resolution size of 480//270, CBR 500-700kbps, 16.9 aspect ratio. For 4.3 clips, place then in a 16.9 timeline and encode them out as 480/270 16.9 aspect ratio or else they will be stretched to fill the 16.9 players screen. Try to keep the clips to a few minutes in length and around 10-20megs in size.

A work barge used during construction on the seaway channel around Rockport, Ontario which was sunk when no longer needed. Around 100 feet deep with a moderate to strong current. This clip shows the importance and limitations of lights diving at those depths in dark waters. I still need a lot of practice in the use of lights.
