We recommend encoding out (FLASH) flv clips with a resolution size of 480//270, CBR 500-700kbps, 16.9 aspect ratio. For 4.3 clips, place then in a 16.9 timeline and encode them out as 480/270 16.9 aspect ratio or else they will be stretched to fill the 16.9 players screen. Try to keep the clips to a few minutes in length and around 10-20megs in size.

Setting up the the correct White Balance is an art and even then there will be times were you have no time to re white balance for a certain shot. Here are some very quick before and after touch ups I did with EDIUS on some HDV. I also fixed up the vignetting on some of the shots. Its very easy and super quick to do.
