We recommend encoding out (FLASH) flv clips with a resolution size of 480//270, CBR 500-700kbps, 16.9 aspect ratio. For 4.3 clips, place then in a 16.9 timeline and encode them out as 480/270 16.9 aspect ratio or else they will be stretched to fill the 16.9 players screen. Try to keep the clips to a few minutes in length and around 10-20megs in size.

El Roque. The Rock

It is located about twelve miles from the island of Lanzarote, has a total area of 0.7 square kilometers and its highest point reaches 84 meters. Among Roque del Este and Lanzarote is located one of the greatest depths reaching the continental shelf on which is in Chinijo Archipelago, with a peak of around 200 meters deep maximum.
