We recommend encoding out (FLASH) flv clips with a resolution size of 480//270, CBR 500-700kbps, 16.9 aspect ratio. For 4.3 clips, place then in a 16.9 timeline and encode them out as 480/270 16.9 aspect ratio or else they will be stretched to fill the 16.9 players screen. Try to keep the clips to a few minutes in length and around 10-20megs in size.

About Me:	After retiring from the Information Technology industry, David certified as an Open Water Diver in September 1993. By May 1995 he had completed the training and qualified as a PADI Instructor. He started to record his dives on video in March of 2002 when he took his 12 year old son to the Pacific coast of Costa Rica for his first ocean diving experience. A video record is perhaps the ultimate dive log and hundreds of dives have been filmed and edited to date.
